USAT Age Up Rule
All USAT races, including the Aflac Iron Girl Atlanta, will use the "Age Up Rule" for award distribution and ranking. The age up rule means you are racing based on your age as of 12/31/2009.
This action aligns regular U.S. age group racing with the method used by USA Triathlon for its National Rankings Program

Personalized Race Bibs
Race bibs will feature your first name so everyone can cheer you on! You must be registered by June 1 in order to have your name printed on the bib.

Your strength and courage in your battle with cancer has inspired us.  Aflac commends you on your determination in facing challenges and adversity with cancer. As the second year in our title sponsorship of this women’s event series, Aflac is proud to be your biggest fan on race day!  Please allow us to honor you by paying the entrance fee for your participation in the Aflac Iron Girl Atlanta event.

Before you register for the Aflac Iron Girl Atlanta event, send an Email to info@irongirl.com your name, contact information, a brief bio on your story with cancer and request your unique registration code.  This registration code will allow you to register for free for the Aflac Iron Girl Atlanta event.

Once your registration is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. When you arrive on-site, please sign in at the Registration booth to receive a special Aflac gift and your blue Aflac race bib.

There will be no race day registration or packet pick-up! Entry is limited to 1,000 individuals.

Participants MUST bring proof of annual USAT membership or purchase a one-day permit ($10.00) with their registration. Participants who do not bring/show proof of membership must purchase a one-day permit OR will not be allowed to race.

Learn more about USAT at www.usatriathlon.com. Please remember to bring your USAT membership card. Participants will be required to show photo identification along with their USAT membership card or proof of one-day permit purchase, in order to pick up their packets. No one is allowed to pick up another participant's packet.

Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a legal guardian at packet pick-up.
