K-Swiss Run Course
The run will be one 2 Mile loop inside Normandale Lake Park along the lake. The park and city offer a scenic race route.
Specialized D4W Bike Course
There is bike course cut-off time again this year, but we have added additional time, everyone has 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete the bike course, this does not include your first run loop.
If you do not finish the bike within the cut-off time, a volunteer or race official remove your timing tag. You will not be able to go on to the next leg of the event.
Normandale Lake Park is located at 84th and Chalet Road, conveniently off the I-494 Highway from the Normandale Blvd. exit.
Course Talks at Expo
We will have two course talks at the Sofitel Hotel in Bloomington, host hotel for the event on Saturday, September 25 to attend to get the latest event information, directions and more. The course talk is not mandatory, but will help make a difference in sorting out race day.
