There will be no race day packet pick-up!

Bike Racking in Transition/Event Venue on Race Day
Sunday, September 23
5:00 a.m. - 6:30 a.m.
Location: Normandale Lake Park

You must be in transition by 6:30 a.m. It does not matter what time your wave starts, as transition will close at 7:00 a.m. You will need to be in transition and ready to go and out of transition by 7:00 a.m.

All participants are expected to attend packet pick up Saturday in person. This is due insurance liability mandates. All participants must show a photo ID, and all USAT annual members additionally must show their membership card. Per USAT rules, each participant must pick up their own packet. NO EXCEPTIONS. A unique wristband will be affixed at this time which must remain on through to the end of the race.

Special notice to participants in regard to USAT Membership for Registration

Participants MUST bring proof of annual membership or purchase a one-day permit. Athletes who do not bring/show proof of membership must purchase a one-day OR will not be allowed to race. If you purchased the one day license when you registered, your name will be on a list we have and you do not need to bring anything other than photo ID.

Participants who forget their USAT membership cards will have four options:


- Go” back” and get your card.
- Print off a temporary membership card from the USAT web site,
   www.usatriathlon.org
- Purchase a $12.00 one-day license
- Renew your annual membership online and bring proof of renewal

Please remember to pack your USAT membership card. Don’t leave home without it! 

Expo Vendor Information
The event expo provides an opportunity to maximize exposure of your products to participants and spectators. The Iron Girl expos are free and open to the public. As an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to reach out to the #1 buying segment in the world: women. Vendors can sell or sample products, demonstrate equipment and services and distribute literature. Click here to be an expo vendor.
