Individual Race Entry Refund Policy
Please make sure that you will be able to be there on the day you are registering for because.....

Refunds are for medical reasons only:  50% refunded 4 weeks prior to race. Absolutely no refunds for any reason within 2 weeks of any race.  Races are non-transferable from person to person - no exceptions!  No refunds due to water conditions or high pollution counts but you will be allowed to race in the duathlon. No refunds if event is cancelled due to inclement weather.

Race Weekend Entries:
Anyone entering a race on Race Weekend will be charged a $15.00 late fee. This is not viewed as a penalty to the athlete but as an incentive to try and enter early. If there was not a late fee then everyone would wait until the last minute to enter making it impossible for World Endurance Canada to plan and provide for that event. Most ordering for race supplies is done 2 weeks before the event so if you register within the last 2 weeks prior to a race, you will be subject to a late fee. We try and cater to those athletes who enter early.  Thank-you for your understanding! We certainly can appreciate that not everyone has the ability to sign up early and we will do our best to accommodate those in that situation.

Age Up Rule: the Iron Girl will use the "Age Up Rule" for award distribution and ranking. The age up rule means you are racing based on your age as of 12/31/2014. This action aligns with regular age group racing with the method used by Triathlon Ontario.

All participants are expected to attend packet pick up Saturday or Sunday in person. This is due insurance liability mandates. All participants must show a photo ID, and all Triathlon Ontario annual members additionally must show their membership card.  Each participant must pick up their own packet. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Special notice to participants in regard to Triathlon Ontario Membership for Registration

Participants MUST bring proof of annual membership or purchase a one-day permit. Athletes who do not bring/show proof of membership must purchase a one-day OR will not be allowed to race. If you purchased the one day license when you registered, your name will be on a list we have and you do not need to bring anything other than photo ID.
