The course is USATF certified for both the 10K and 5K events.

Your Personal Finish Time and More
We have many timing amenities to add to your race experience. We will have the new IPICO Sports Timing technology to record your race results. We are also offering a personalized individual results station. After you finish the race, stop by the Iron Girl Results Tent to print out your unofficial individual results on the spot. Results will be posted at the event site on race day. In addition, your individual results will be Emailed to you after the race. To commemorate your finish, we are offering a personalized finisher certificate as part of your results.

Age Group Awards
Iron Girl will give away one-of-kind Iron Girl earrings to the top three finishers in each age group. We will have 16 divisions: 9 and under; 10 - 14; 15 - 19; 20 - 24; 25 - 29; 30 - 34; 35 - 39; 40 -44; 45 - 49; 50 - 54; 55 - 59; 60 - 64; 65 - 69; 70 - 74; 75- 79; 80+

Medals
Everyone will receive a finishers custom medal!

Inline Skates, Strollers and Dogs Not Allowed On Course
For the safety of all participants, inline skates, strollers and dogs are not allowed on the course at any time.

Course Time Limit:
Please note that is a 90 minute course limit to complete the race.

Volunteer
We are recruiting a team of dedicated volunteers to assist in helping each participant reach her goal of finishing!  Are you part of a charitable organization? Event Day Information
We recommend arriving early at Coachman Park to allow time for to parking, timing tag pick-up and getting ready for a terrific race day.

Race Day Parking
Public parking is available in downtown Clearwater.
Suggested parking areas include:
- Parking lot located next to the venue. First come, first served.
- Garden Avenue Parking Garage, 28 Garden Avenue & Cleveland St. (Garden Ave is 1 block east of Ft. Harrison).
- City Hall, 112 S. Osceola Avenue (between Pierce Street & Cleveland Street).
- Street Parking is also available throughout downtown.
