Packet Pick-up and Late Registration Information:
Packet pick-up includes your bib number, timing chip, and athlete shirt. Participants must have a valid photo ID in order to pick up a packet (driver's license, passport, Military ID, Government issued ID.) All participants must sign a waiver in order to receive their race packet. A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for any participant under 18 years old. Participants can save time by printing waivers now and bringing them to packet pick-up. Bib numbers will be made available online on Thursday, April 24th.

If you're unable to attend Packet Pick-Up, someone may pick up your packet on your behalf. He/she MUST have their own photo I.D. plus a copy of the participants photo ID and an event waiver signed by the participant. No exceptions.

Late registration will be available at each location. Shirt sizes are not guaranteed for late registrations.
There is race day parking available at The Mall in Columbia, just across the Little Patuxent Parkway from the Start/Finish Line and Celebration Village, as well as in the Medstar parking lot and Sheraton Parking Garage adjacent to the Iron Girl Celebration Village. Parking in the Medstar Lot and Sheraton Garage can only be accessed via Wincopin Circle as Sterrett Place will be closed to vehicular traffic. Please allow plenty of time to park and walk to the venue.
Age Group Awards
Milestone Jewelry will present a special piece of Iron Girl jewelry to the top three finishers in each age group. Age group winners must be present to collect award.
We will have 16 divisions for the 5K: 9 and under; 10 - 14; 15 - 19; 20 - 24; 25 - 29; 30 - 34; 35 - 39; 40 -44; 45 - 49; 50 - 54; 55 - 59; 60 - 64; 65 - 69; 70 - 74; 75- 79; 80+
We will have 14 divisions for the half marathon: 14 - 19; 20 - 24; 25 - 29; 30 - 34; 35 - 39; 40 -44; 45 - 49; 50 - 54; 55 - 59; 60 - 64; 65 - 69; 70 - 74; 75- 79; 80+
Everyone will receive a finishers custom medal!
There will be a 4 hour cut-off time for the half marathon. You must be able to maintain a 18:18 -minute per mile pace or faster for the half marathon.
5K must finish in 75 minutes or less.
Strollers, Inline Skates, Rollerblades, Bicycles and Dogs Not Allowed On 5k and half Marathon Course at Anytime
Runner safety has always been and will continue to be, a top priority for our event. For the safety of all participants, strollers, inline skates, rollerblades, bicycles and dogs are not allowed on the 5K and half marathon course at any time.
The use of personal music devices is strongly discouraged. Please be mindful of the other participants and respect the race personnel to ensure a safe and enjoyable race for everyone.
