K-Swiss Run Course Information

We will have a new race start outside the track. The race will head up to the Pacific Coast Highway for an out and back run. The race will finish with a short section on the track. The course is also USATF certified for both the 10K and 5K events.

Course Time Limit:
Please note that is a 75 minute course limit to complete the race, you will need to maintain a 12 minute mile for the 10K and 24 minute mile for the 5K.

Race Day Parking
Complimentary parking is available at the Del Mar Fairgrounds on Friday and Saturday morning. Please allow yourself enough time to get to the fairgrounds, park, pick-up your packet and arrive at the finish line. We recommend 75 minuts prior to the start of the event if picking up your packet on race morning. 

Age Group Awards
Iron Girl will give away one-of-kind Iron Girl necklace to the top three finishers in each age group. We will have 16 divisions: 9 and under; 10 - 14; 15 - 19; 20 - 24; 25 - 29; 30 - 34; 35 - 39; 40 -44; 45 - 49; 50 - 54; 55 - 59; 60 - 64; 65 - 69; 70 - 74; 75- 79; 80+

Medals
Everyone will receive a custom finishers medal!

Strollers, Inline Skates, Rollerblades, Headphones, Bicycles and Dogs Not Allowed On Course
For the safety of all participants, strollers, inline skates, rollerblades, headphones, bicycles and dogs are not allowed on the course at any time.

Volunteer for the Event
We are recruiting a team of dedicated volunteers to assist in helping each participant reach her goal of finishing!  Are you part of a charitable organization? And individual looking for community service hours. We have opportunities for individuals and groups such as schools, clubs, churches and other not-for-profit organizations to volunteer at the event.
