Course Time Limit:
Please note that there is a 2 hours and 30 minutes course limit for the 10 - Mile, which is a 15 minute per mile pace. The 5K has a 70-minute course limit, which is a 22:31 minute per mile pace.
Courses will be USAT&F certified.

Age Group Awards
Iron Girl will give away one-of-kind Iron Girl jewelry from Milestone Jewelry to the top three finishers in each age group. We will have 16 divisions: 9 and under; 10 - 14; 15 - 19; 20 - 24; 25 - 29; 30 - 34; 35 - 39; 40 -44; 45 - 49; 50 - 54; 55 - 59; 60 - 64; 65 - 69; 70 - 74; 75- 79; 80+
Medals
Everyone will receive a custom finishers medal!
Runner safety has always been and will continue to be, a top priority for our event. For the safety of all participants, strollers, inline skates, rollerblades, bicycles and dogs are not allowed on the course at any time.
Headphones
The use of personal music devices is strongly discouraged. Please be mindful of the other participants and respect the race personnel to ensure a safe and enjoyable race for everyone.
