Results and Timing
Award and Individual Scoring:
Iron Girl Awards are given for the overall winner and top 3 per division based on GUN TIME. Certificates and individual results will be given in CHIP TIME. Athleta Iron Girl Scottsdale is a USATF Sanctioned Event. Per USATF Rule 245.1, the top three awards in the Running Events will be based on gun time (the order in which the athletes cross the finish line). Age group and Team finish times will be based on timing system time (the actual time elapsed between an athlete crossing the starting line and finish line). In short, Official Time per USATF rule is Gun Time.
At Iron Girl, we adhere to the scoring guidelines provided and submit results accordingly so that performances will be eligible for world rankings, national age group rankings, records and annual awards presented by USATF and various media outlets.

Timing Amenities
Gulf Sport Timing, the national timer for that series will provide their premier event timing services with the IPICO Timing. Results will be posted on the event site race day, available through the free Iron Girl app.
Individual results will be Emailed to you after the race that afternoon along with the finisher's certificate.
