Keep your 2013 fitness resolutions going. Train with Tri-umph Multi-sport and be ready to succeed in your endurance events this year. Our coaches are dedicated, certified & knowledgable professionals, who will help you progress efficiently and safely toward your goals all while having fun. Tri-umph offers year round training for triathlon, swimming, marathon, & personal training.
Tri-umph offers pre-season, swim training and a 12 week specific program to get you race ready for Iron Girl. Training starts March 26 and you will be training with other motivated ladies along with having fun racing & cheering with on June 16!! Program includes two days of training, daily training program, clinics on gear, tire changing, what to expect race day, transitions, brick workouts and open water swims. Come join us and let us help you make 2013 the year you cross the finish line. Dream it! Believe it! Train it! Achieve it!
