RYKA RUN COURSE:
You will run through the historic city of New Orleans and through the world-famous French Quarter. The start and finish will be in City Park, the sixth-largest park in the U.S.

The course is a day for a PR as it is flat and fast.

For the safety of all participants, strollers, inline skates, rollerblades, headphones and dogs are not allowed on the course at any time.

Age Group Awards
Iron Girl will give away one-of-kind Iron Girl jewelry to the top three finishers in each age group. We will have 14 divisions: 14 - 19; 20 - 24; 25 - 29; 30 - 34; 35 - 39; 40 -44; 45 - 49; 50 - 54; 55 - 59; 60 - 64; 65 - 69; 70 - 74; 75- 79; 80+
