Registration Information
Online registration  closes on September 9 at 11:59 p.m. PST. We will accept late registrations at the expo on Friday, September 10 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
* There is no race day late registration entries accepted.

There is a $15.00 increase in the registration fee for late registration on event weekend at the expo.

Race Entry Fees
Pre-event registration is highly recommended. There will be no race day late registration

10K Run Race
Adult - $45.00
Mother/Daughter Team - $90.00

Please note that is a 90 minute course limit to complete the race. There are no walkers allowed in the 10K event.

5K Run & Walk Race
Adult - $25.00
Mother/Daughter Team - $50.00

Personalized Race Bibs
Race bibs will feature your first name so everyone can cheer you on! You must be registered by August 22 in order to have your name printed on the bib.

Transfer & Refund Policies
All participant entries are non-transferable and there are no refunds. There are no exceptions. You may not transfer your race number to another person. Any changes/corrections/switching to a different event distance must be made in person at packet pickup.

As the third year in our title sponsorship of this women’s event series, Aflac is proud to be your biggest fan on race day!  Please allow us to honor you by paying the entrance fee for your participation in the Aflac Iron Girl Seattle event if you are a cancer survivor.

Before you register for the Aflac Iron Girl Seattle event, click here to submit your request for your unique registration code.  This registration code will allow you to register for free for the Aflac Iron Girl Seattle event if you are a cancer survivor. Once your registration is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Requests must be received by August 11.

Group Discount Offer
We are excited to offer a 15% discount off registration fees to groups of 10 or more.

How to sign up your group?
Identify a group captain to organize the group and submit the names of everyone in your group. Click here to fill out the form.

Once we receive your group submission form you will be provided with a special coupon code for your group members to use for online registration. Group discounts are only available through Active.com online registration. This group program does not apply if you are already registered for the event.
The group discount request must be submitted by August 22 in order to receive the discount.

Mother/Daughter Teams
Mother/Daughter Teams will be scored with a combined time. You will each have a timing tag and you both race the distance, this is not a relay. Teams are limited to two-people. Mother/Daughter Team members are not eligible for age group awards and will be scored only in the team category for awards. You will NOT be scored or placed in the overall individual finishing results. You will only be listed in the overall finishing results for the team category. You do not have to finish together.
