Transfer & Refund Policies
All participant entries are non-transferable and non-refundable. You may not transfer or sell your race number to another person and we do not offer deferrals to events in the next season or another event in the series. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Race Bibs
You must be registered before August 27 to have your name on your bib.

Military Discount Program

The Iron Girl Team is grateful for all U.S. Military members. To show our appreciation, we are proud to offer a military registration program to all U.S. Veterans and Active Duty personnel, as well as to their immediate family members. Celebrating Your Victory!
Team Courage
The Athleta Iron Girl national event series for women provide a program called, “Team Courage” that recognizes event participants who are battling or have battled cancer. Your strength and courage has inspired us for your resilience, determination and courage. Members as part of Team Courage receive free entry to any Athleta Iron Girl event*. Be an inspiration by sharing your story and journey through the Iron Girl Team Courage program at an Iron Girl event!

There will be a link to submit your request on January 31 when registration opens.

*Please note the slots are available on a first come serve basis or until the event sells out. Also there are only a certain allocated number of slots available for each event as part of Team Courage. Do not register for the event and then ask for a refund to be part of Team Courage.

Mother/Daughter Teams
Mother/Daughter Teams will be scored with a combined time. You will each have a timing tag and you both race the distance, this is not a relay. Teams are limited to two-people. Mother/Daughter Team members are not eligible for age group awards and will be scored only in the team category for awards. You will NOT be scored or placed in the overall individual finishing results. You will only be listed in the overall finishing results for the team category. You do not have to finish together.
