Both the 10 Mile and 5K courses will be USATF certified. Please check back for updated course maps. Please note that the 10 Mile course has a 2-hour and 30 minute cut-off. You must be able to maintain a 15 minute pace to make the cut-off.

Age Group Awards
Iron Girl will give away one-of-kind Iron Girl jewelry to the top three finishers in each age group. We will have 16 divisions: 9 and under; 10 - 14; 15 - 19; 20 - 24; 25 - 29; 30 - 34; 35 - 39; 40 -44; 45 - 49; 50 - 54; 55 - 59; 60 - 64; 65 - 69; 70 - 74; 75- 79; 80+

Medals
Everyone will receive a custom finishers medal!

Course Time Limit:
Please note that is a 2 hour and 30 minute course limit to complete the race.

Strollers, Inline Skates, Rollerblades, Headphones, Bicycles and Dogs Not Allowed On Course
For the safety of all participants, strollers, inline skates, rollerblades, headphones, bicycles and dogs are not allowed on the course at any time.
