THANK YOU to all who made the fundraising efforts for the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults such as success in 2007! We have raised more than $65,000! You have made a difference in the lives of young adults with cancer.

Now we are gearing up for 2008, with a new goal of $75,000! Make your race experience extra special by racing with a cause!

Individuals who raise $500.00 or more for the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults will receive the following:

Iron Girl shirt
Iron Girl bag
Iron Girl socks
Iron Girl visor
Iron Girl mug
Her Sports & Fitness Magazine Subscription
Special race bib
Recognition at the award ceremony

In order to receive a special race bib, your registration must be completed the two weeks before the race.

All of your prizes will be sent once you reach the goal amount. If you hit the goal amount close to event, your prizes will be shipped to you soon after the event. All of your money you raise will go directly to the Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults less a 6.5% processing admin fee. All of the prizes have been donated by Iron Girl.


All offline donations can be recorded on your Online Web campaign page using Active Donations. Please record the donations before mailing them in. Please make checks out to Ulman Cancer Fund and note the Iron Girl event you are registered for in the check memo line which Iron Girl event.

Side note: if your page is not listing the event you are doing you can make the updates to your fundraising page at any time. In order to make changes you can do this by accessing your fundraising page, selecting the “Customize My Website” tab, selecting the Change Layout Design option and then selecting a design template other than Classic, otherwise it will not show the event you are doing.

The Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults (UCF), is a 501 c-3 non-profit charity organization based in Columbia, MD, is the first and largest organization in the country solely supporting young adults living with cancer. Dividing its programmatic efforts into patient advocacy, education and support, the UCF provides programs and services that reach thousands of young adults annually covering individuals, families and cancer centers in all 50 US States.
